To ensure our email bulletins get into your inbox and are not filtered out before they get to you, add the domain @esimail.co.uk to your safe senders list.

To add us to your safe senders list:

  1. Locate your email settings: This can usually be found under "Junk Email" or "Safe Senders" settings within your email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).

  2. Add the email address or domain: Follow the prompts to add the specific email address or domain you want to whitelist.

  3. Save your changes: Make sure to save your changes to apply the new safe sender settings.

Here's why it matters:

  • Prevent spam filters blocking emails you're interested in

Spam filters can mistakenly block legitimate emails. Adding senders you trust to your safe senders list ensures you receive those emails.

  • Ensure emails that interest you always get delivered

If you regularly receive emails from organizations adding them to your safe senders list ensures you won't miss any emails.

  • Stay informed

Emails in your safe senders list will always land in your inbox if you add them to your safe senders list.

Safe Senders Lists

The Safe Senders List, also commonly referred to as a White List, is a list of all email addresses you are to receive email from without barriers.

Your Safe Senders List is managed by you within your email software and can be easily updated based on your preferences.

Email newsletters can be blocked or filtered into the junk folder even if you have subscribed to receive them. By default, email messages that you add to your own personal address book are considered safe and will not be re-routed to your junk email folder.
